Weekly SM / Social Anxiety Group for Ages 6 to 9 in NYC

This 90-minute, once-weekly in-person group helps children with Selective Mutism (ages 6 to 9) take their brave talking to the next leve l— whether that means speaking up in class, joining a group conversation, or navigating social situations with greater ease. Using creative, goal-oriented activities and evidence-based strategies, our team helps kids stretch their comfort zones while building lasting confidence.
Each group member receives individualized coaching and targeted support as they work toward personalized exposure goals, developed in close collaboration with their family. Sessions are designed to feel engaging, empowering, and just challenging enough to spark real progress.
