Event Description
CommuniCamp™ is a 3+ Day Intensive Group Treatment and Parent Training & Support Program to help parents, children, and teens (ages 3-17+) overcome Selective Mutism, social anxiety, and extreme shyness.
We will help your child/teen build the social communication skills necessary for school, the real world, and at home implementing the SMart Center’s 20+ years of experience treating Selective Mutism using Social Communication Anxiety Treatment® (S-CAT®), the evidence-based treatment approach created by world-renowned Selective Mutism expert, Dr. Elisa Shipon-Blum.
Schedule
Friday, 6:30PM – 7:30PM 1 hour orientation
Saturday, 9:00AM – 2:00PM Child and Parent Sessions
Sunday, 9:00AM – 2:00PM Child and Parent Sessions
Monday, 9:00AM – 2:00PM Child and Parent Sessions
For
Ages 3-17 (exceptions for 18 and 19 year olds) and Parents of children/teens with Selective Mutism, social anxiety, and extreme shyness.
All levels of communication welcome!
Your child does not need to talk to participate.
