Weekly Virtual Conversation Groups
April 7th-May 12th @ 5PM EST
Growing Minds Psychology offers virtual conversation groups led by Dr. Carly Mayer. These virtual groups are available for children ages 7-10 who are struggling with peer interactions due to selective mutism and/or social anxiety. This group is appropriate for children who have already made gains in treatment, but are struggling with higher-level goals that allow for more meaningful, fluent friendships. Activities focus on fluent conversations, responding to and asking questions, sharing personal information, and making decisions.
The group runs for 6 weeks and an 1-hour initial screener is required prior to enrolling in group. Group costs are $200/session. Our clinicians are licensed in NY, IL, & VT.
